There is one thing that irritates me about blogger is that the images i upload are shrunk. Even though the images will make your screen spaze out for the shear size of them. But you cant see the tiny detail is put into it. But i guess that's what I have to live with.

His Journey Ends.

O i changed the name to just fits better. I have put a lot in this to make it at my personal standards. And to say the least I really like this piece! I have improved lighting and shading I have also changed the tomb stone. Made some colours more vibrant and there is also Seagulls and if you look very closely you will see the moon. Please tell me what you think But any ways the meaning behind the piece is after searching through deadly woods to find one of his family members he ends up here. The story for this child is very very very sad. I will be writing up the script soon so please follow my blog and I will post it as soon as its done.

Progress

I have started to really refine the latest image His Journey Ends and well its looking really good. I have put a huge amount of detail in the you child. Started to work more into the lighting and i have put things in like the moon overlapping the sun. There are small things in this image that you will really have to sit and look at it for a good while since i am putting a lot into it.

Even though i have a few more things to sort out with my last piece. I have already sketched out my next one. And i think people might like this one. For it is happy. When the boy meets the butterfly :D Going to try and make it magical :D.

End of His Journey

This piece has a very vibrant cherry blossom but the child is very dull. The reason behind this is for the tombstone *which i will probably sort out* is his Grandfathers tone stone. So i tried putting a contrast on the two things. One of beauty and the other of sorrow. I may come and work on this some more but at the moment this is generally the finished product. Will participate and feed back.

I have to put seagulls in the back ground completely forgot :O silly me.

End of His Journey

okay iv been working for about 3-4 hours now and am half way done the new piece :D looks really nice so for and i have pink in it :O WHAT COULD IT BE!!

Let him Dream

This piece had taken me a very long time around 6 hours i believe which is longer than most of my peices. But i have put alot into this. I am trying to make my work have more of a breath taken experence with the strong emotions through the use of colours and the vast vista. This is something i am going to be working on alot in due time.

The piece its self is based on a child looking for something. And the tree in the back ground is that certain thing. And the relevance to the tree and him, is that his Grandfather lies there. And to ever child's mind they embark on an epic journey to get there.

But there is more than that to this sad image. There is a whole back story to why he is looking and what made him start looking. The story is still on write up but as soon as it is finished i will post it up here for you all to read and tell me what you think.

part 1

So here is part 1 of the portrait i am doing of Leigh :D the aspect ratio is not right for the image so it looks elongated i will make part 1.5 in the right aspect ratio.

And its 1.5 the next one since i only done one eye here.

New work coming soon

i started on my next portrait it has been awhile so i may be sluggish on completing it and it may not be perfect but at least am doing them again. A video called part 1..... will be up soon of the beginning of the piece.

On top of this i am working on character designs to. They will be for the animation i will be working on for college. Need to write the script and every thing first hahah at least i have one concept piece done for it though. Abandoned Beauty. There will be more to come in due time.

Abandoned Beauty story boards

A animation i am working on will be in Graphic Novel style and not much moving maybe some talking haven't decided yet but it should hopefully be done in about a month or so.

The sound I will be creating for the piece is going to be very soothing but very strange to the ear. The idea behind it is to try and capture not just the visual elements but also the audio-able side of it. So it will hopefully be very strange and soothing to watch. Plus I will try and do the sound in 5.1 since i have been meaning to tackle that for a long time now.

The idea behind the piece is that the most harshest or places for humans to live there will always be beauty found. And ounce found naturally they wont to touch it. That is the core concept of the piece deadly beauty.

Would you risk life and limb to see and touch something beyond your imagination?
